As founder and managing partner of Veritas Global Law PLLC, Corey Harris brings with him over a decade of applied knowledge and experience in the areas of Corporate and Securities Law, as well as in Financial Services Technology. He has worked extensively as a strategic advisor for high-level organizations that are at the forefront of technology and innovation, wealth management, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies throughout the world.

Mr. Harris’ experience as Advisor and former General Counsel to a Fintech payment company with subsidiaries across Asia and in the United States. Additionally, Mr. Harris has served as general counsel to a number of charitable and investment related Foundations. Finally, Mr. Harris began his career with prestigious firms like Proskauer Rose LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP that allow him to work across diverse practice areas, including  Financial Services, Technology and SaaS, Private Investment Funds, Banking (broker-dealer, investment banking, securities lending), Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, Biotechnology, and Mergers and Acquisitions, particularly in cross-border transactions.
